As a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Important — Loss of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content: In accordance with § 356(5) BGB, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have begun with the execution of the contract after you have given your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of the execution of the contract. By completing your purchase on our payment page, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access is granted.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We store the contract text but do not make it accessible to you after conclusion of the contract in a way that allows you to retrieve it. We recommend that you save or print these cancellation instructions and the contract details at the time of purchase.
